Get off on a good foundation

In 2022, when the VR app redesign project was launched, Reverto had been using a VR app since 2018, whose main functionality was to play VR experiences. In order to meet increasingly specific customer needs, Reverto launched a redesign of the app to improve its usability and technical capabilities.

I therefore began an in-depth study of the application and interviewed several clients in order to understand the limitations of the previously used application, as well as the current obstacles and needs that could be integrated into the project.

Features, concepts and wireframes

In parallel with co-creating precise specifications, I establish initial user journeys to be able to position ourselves on the main functionalities and draw up the first concept wireframes.

The wireframes will allow the team to project themself on the possible rendering, as well as to have existing clients test features and uses that we had doubts about through user interviews.

From idea to development

Thanks to feedback from users and clients, the wireframes became more precise, and the interfaces could begin to be developed through an external company. Throughout the project's development, I tested the new releases to provide detailed feedback on things to improve or simplify, and I adjusted the interfaces based on the various feedback from our users.

My involvement in the project also allowed me to work with the various user manuals, to offer support adapted to the type of user and to go directly into the field to see the reaction of the end users of the product.
