When the VR app redesign project was launched in 2022, Reverto decided to develop a customer platform in parallel to better support their current and future customers. Unlike the VR app, which built on the existing platform to offer a better product, the customer platform had no predecessor.
To better understand the challenges of a platform for Reverto and its customers, I defined Reverto's ecosystem, in order to understand the different organizations and actors involved in the company's operations. This allowed me to know who I should interview to retrieve relevant resources, as well as the different personas and uses to be planned for the platform.
The complexity of the client platform project lies in the number of planned uses and features. Reverto wanted to create a comprehensive product that would engage users with very different goals.
When defining the functionalities, I set up wireframes that I had tested with clients via Figma prototypes in order to check whether their challenges were well resolved and whether the way of responding to them was adapted to the level of use, having users with diverse digital skills.
Thanks to feedback from users and clients, the wireframes became more precise, and the interfaces could begin to be developed through an external company. Throughout the project's development, I tested the new releases to provide detailed feedback on things to improve or simplify, and I adjusted the interfaces based on the various feedback from our users.
My involvement in the project also allowed me to work with the various user manuals, to offer support adapted to the type of user and to train part of the Reverto team in the use of the platform.
